Beach, sun and fun in Cozumel

It appears once again the international media has done a great disservice to one of the best places on the planet (Mexico). Last week every major and minor news service electronic or written reported Mexico was dangerous and advised not to go if it were not essential. Some European countries even sent rescue flights. How ridiculous, this was one of the most irresponsible news reporting I’ve ever heard. Now a week later the media has moved onto other stories because this flu thing turned out to be nothing. No more harmful than the normal flu and as of yesterday not a single confirmed case in Cancun, Cozumel or the Riviera Maya nor in any tourist destination in the entire state of Quintana Roo. I just wanted to let you know that all is just fine in Mexico and to pass this information to everyone you know. We look forward to you, your family and clients coming to enjoy all the beauty and fun Mexico has to offer. Be careful of what you hear and believe in the Media there are many underlying agendas and political strategies unfolding as we speak.

The various preventive measures implemented in recent days are: The tourism industry, including hotels, restaurants, theme parks, shopping malls, marinas, buses and taxis are used for prevention and sanitation measures to prevent this serious virus affecting the general population and tourists.
